Power animal retrieval connects you with a helping spirit in animal form. During this ceremony, the shamanic practitioner journeys to the Spirit World to find your power animal and bring it back to you.
Shamans believe that a deep connection to your power animal benefits your spiritual health and well being. A power animal supports and protects you. When a power animal shares its power with you, it shields you from negative energy.
People may lose power, give it away or have it stolen. As a result, they feel powerless, stuck and/or lose enthusiasm. Job loss, relationship breakdowns, a health crisis and other problems can rob you of power. Shamans believe that a primary cause of illness is loss of power.
